“Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity.”

It’s interesting to me how many people consider job searches, and the subsequent finding of a great job (which I do believe is rare) as being “lucky.” I’m pretty sure this quote sums up my opinion on the matter.

You have to constantly be the advocate, constantly push yourself further, and constantly seek out what makes you happiest in the world. Believe me, from personal experience, this is EXHAUSTING… but the payout comes in the end, when you are prepared, and the opportunity to strike presents itself.
